The $11M Touchmark at Wedgewood community consisted of a 60,000 ft2 addition to the existing retirement living building. The addition included approximately 100 beds, complete with amenity spaces for assisted living, independent living, and mental health/dementia patients. Other areas included are living rooms, dining areas, cafeterias, and an outdoor courtyard space.
