Currently underway, the goal of this 6,300m2, $125M progressive design-build redevelopment project is to design and construct a new hospital which will accommodate nine in-patient acute beds, 18 long term care beds, emergency care, medical imaging, support services and a primary care clinic to serve Fort St. James and surrounding area including First Nations communities of the Takla Lake First Nation, Tl’azt’en Nation, Binche Whut’en First Nation, Nak’azdli Whut’en, and Yekooche First Nation.
